Basic computer network support service is on a "per call basis" Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 9:00AM to 6:00PM (business hours) and the service rate is $90/hr via on-site or phone support, and time is kept on a portal to portal basis. There is a 1 hour minimum on-site per call incident; telephone support will be billed in 30 minute increments. Each call will be handled in the order in which it was received with no guaranteed response time. After hours or any service hours outside of business hours will be invoiced at double the normal rate.
Silver computer network support service includes
Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 9:00AM to 6:00PM and is charged at the rate of $450/mo.
Unlimited phone and remote support is covered.
1 free on-site service per month after that on-site service is invoiced at the Service $90/hr,
and time is kept on a portal-to-portal basis plus travel expenses. There is a 1 hour minimum per call incident
for on-site service. Each call will be handled in the order in which it was received with a 4 hour response time.
Gold computer network support service includes
24 hours/day support 7 days/week including holidays and is charged at the rate of $800/mo.
Unlimited phone remote support is covered.
3 Free on-site serivce per month after that on-site service is invoiced at $30/hr and time is kept on a portal to portal basis
plus any travel expenses. There is a 1 hour minimum per call incident for on-site service. Each call will be
handled in the order in which it was received with a 4 hour response time.
